My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Although the grounds were beautiful and the food was decent, the service was chaotic and the amenities in the room were lacking. I encountered major issues with my room, and the management didn't seem to have a grip on the situation. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity for a nice experience.
Overall, my stay was decent, with a beautiful pool area and nice grounds, but some issues with service and room condition really impacted my experience. While the common areas were well-maintained and inviting, the outdated and poorly maintained rooms, along with the lack of attentive service, left much to be desired. I truly hope they address these concerns as the resort has great potential.
